Issue in Completing "Welcome to ServiceNow (Xanadu)" Course - Module 2

hii there,

 while i did this step in  --> "Build a Filter and run the list of Open incidents to show incidents for which the assigned to field is empty and the Assignment Group is Service Desk." ...""it display that no record found""  even though the steps have been followed correctly . anyone pls help me and say how to solve this issues  

 

 issue in Module 2 titled "Favorite a Filter" in a course of  microsoft certification

Hi @grkaviyaraj 

It is Micro Certs, not Microsoft Certification. Are you trying this in your PDI or in the lab instance? There can be data issues sometimes in the instance. Go to Plugins and search for the Incident Management plugin, then load the demo data.
