Issue while attempting to make a payment for the CSA exam on ServiceNow.

I'm having trouble making a payment for the certification. Every time I try, I encounter the following issue: We are unable to take payment at this time. Please try again, or use a different payment method.

Additionally, the only payment option available is credit card; no other options are showing. Can anyone assist me with this?

@saritasharm If this issue persists then I recommend creating a case with learning support team. You can also drop an email to training@servicenow.com

There might be some issues. You can either wait for some time to avoid the payment being stuck, or as suggested by @Sandeep , log a new learning case.

@saritasharm have you received any help from ServiceNow?  How did you resolve the issue? please share your solution. thanks.

I was able to pay for the voucher yesterday and the issue has been resolved.

Issue was with payment vendor ' Paddle '. Do not know how they resolved it.
