I'm having trouble making a payment for the certification. Every time I try, I encounter the following issue: We are unable to take payment at this time. Please try again, or use a different payment method.
Additionally, the only payment option available is credit card; no other options are showing. Can anyone assist me with this?

There might be some issues. You can either wait for some time to avoid the payment being stuck, or as suggested by @Sandeep , log a new learning case.

I was able to pay for the voucher yesterday and the issue has been resolved.
Issue was with payment vendor ' Paddle '. Do not know how they resolved it.
