Issue with micro-certification

I have Completed the micro-certification assessment, but I have not got the result that I have passed or failed after submitting the assessment. Can anyone help ot with it?

Without looking into your account, it's unlikely we'll be able to tell you the reason for the issue you have. Typically after submitting the assessment you will get badges if you pass and a timer to retake the exam if you failed and it was a non-proctored exam.

In any case you should raise a case with the nowlearning team. They will be able to look into the account and issue the certification, or they will advise you on any additional requirements you must complete.

Create a case by clicking Help -> Create support case from the NowLearning header

First you need to complete all learning point of course get all badges then try to complete assessment otherwise you can't get the result (certification).

What happened after completion? Is the micro-certification shown to be completed? If not, it may imply there was an error when submitting an answer.

If the micro-certification is shown to be completed, check accomplishments in my profile page.

Finally, micro-certification can be retaken multiple times. Most exams do not take too much time so it may be faster to retake it rather than contacting ServiceNow because it seems it takes some time to receive reply from ServiceNow.

Hello!

I'm facing the same problem. I did already 3 times the same exam and after that, I didn't receive any feedback. Did you open a CASE, if yes what was the feedback?

I know maybe I failed in the attempts, but without any feedback it's hard to understand.
