Issue with micro-certification

I have Completed the micro-certification assessment, but I have not got the result that I have passed or failed after submitting the assessment. Can anyone help ot with it?

When I took the micro-exams, the last page has a circle with an arc showing total number of correct. It was the same with all the micro-exams that I took.

It's difficult to know if the problem is with the exam without knowing the name of the micro-exams that was taken.

I'm trying to take the exam agile development 2.0 and test management 2.0 implementation micro certification. After the submit button, I just receive the attempts and the countdown. No any information about score, or amount of failures questions. 

Did you fail in some micro-certification to confirm if we receive something or just this countdown? I mean, again, maybe I'm failing. This is the first certification (micro) that I'm trying to take.

There should be a score too. Seems like Now Learning is having some problems.

Yeah.. There was an issue at Now Learning. I opened a case, but meanwhile I did the test again (using the same answers) and pass.
