I have Completed the micro-certification assessment, but I have not got the result that I have passed or failed after submitting the assessment. Can anyone help ot with it?

I completed the prerequisites for Micro-Certification - Flow Designer, but when I open quiz then getting this 'This content cannot be enrolled in directly'.

Hello,
I have this issue and I opened a case, as was already indicated to do, it seems to be a situation/defect with the now learning.
We just have to wait for the resolution.

I'm also facing some issues with Micro Certification. I completed Citizen Developer Application Creator Micro-Certification Assessment and passed with 87%. But micro certification is not displayed in my Profile. and the same issue with Automated Test Framework - Micro Certification also. I raised the ticket in NowLearning, but not yet been resolved. Would anyone be able to give me a suggestion?

Hi,
I did my certs also.. and did not get the certification. I go to the test page and I see the passing score.
I created the Case and added print screens of all the micro-certs I did with the passing score and requested resolution.
My case is now on hold because of a known defect, all we can do is wait for the resolution.

I am in the same boat as well with the Service Portal Micro-Certification. Stuck on a passing screen but my profile will not update. Submitted a case but have yet to hear back from ServiceNow. Let us know when you get it resolved!
