Issues during authetification for Exam by Webasessor "Wrong Name"

 Today, three attempts to certify CSA failed because the name on my ID does not match the name in the Webasessor account.
Unfortunately, I have entered my surname and first name.
Now I have to contact my SNOW sponsor.
Can anyone help me find out who my sponsor is?

Kindly send an email to certification@servicenow.com .

After you login in your Servicenow webassesor account in homepage at the top right  go to Edit profile option and there you get the option to change email address & Company name in which you are working in currently.

In profile editing, you can make changes except for the name and first name. However, the names are grayed out

Seems that the email is no lponger availioable. And the LINK does not help anyway
