ITSM Implementer courses

Hi there,

So I have completed the ITSM fundamentals instructor led course 2 years ago.

Now there are available on Demand courses which are at the fraction of the price of instructor led courses ($500 vs $2400)

Just wondering if the ServiceNow Platform Implementation course, can it be on demand, or does it have to be Instructor Led? There is a on Demand course, but in this learning path there isn't a On Demand course option

Just to confirm, if I take on demand course, it will still count as a prerequisite for the exam?

@Manisha P Hi there, in the ITSM implementer, Course: ServiceNow Platform Implementation listed does not indicate whether it's instructor led or of on demand is acceptable. If you look at my screenshot and the link, it's only instructor led on the chart. Yet the On Demand course exists.

Can you clarify if the course below counts?

Will this On Demand course count as part of the CIS-ITSM mandatory courses? I see no reason why it shouldn't if I'm doing On Demand, but it's just not listed under

@omgbbq The pre-requisites courses (you already listed) mentioned help to prepare someone for the final certification/exam with excellent knowledge so that can easily clear this exam (since questions are tricky and sometimes scenario/use cases based) and implement the platform with expertise.

The "ServiceNow Platform Implementation On Demand (San Diego)" is one of the course, free for partners, refer screenshot below. This course completion will help to understand the platform concepts, implementation and it will not count to get voucher code etc for CIS-ITSM exam.

To get/redeem voucher codes etc for CIS-ITSM the below course is important to complete 100%.

On- Demand Courses are Accepted and counted as part of the Pre-Requisites.
