My Name is Gibran Ali. I am a System Administrator at Echo Global Logistics. I am an all Service Now Hats Kind of Individual. I have Done Several Fresh Implementations As a Consultant , and have Modified Several HR Processes and Implemented into the Tool. Now as an In-House Consultant, I am going to be implementing Discovery and fixing the Current CMDB that the company has in place. I have over 5 Years with The NOW Platform, and I absolutely Love It. My Expectations are to become a discovery guru. And My favorite country I have visited Is The Netherlands.
