Some of y'all seemed interested in using a "data fetch script" in your Service Portals to return results from outside of ServiceNow. It's a more advanced thing, sure, but here's a usable example from the docs.servicenow.com site which fetches data from GitHub. Go out and git that data! *snort!*

This isn't specific to Service Portal, but when I showed the 123TEXTQUERY321 operator earlier—which could be used in GlideRecord() calls using the .addEncodedQuery() method—it seemed some folks' interests were piqued! Did you know there are others, like IR_OR_QUERY, for example? Read more here:
