Hi,

My name is Kurt.

I am the Manager of IT-Customer Service at the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) in Phila.

This is not the coroner's office. We create the tests that doctor's and nurses take to be certified to practice.

I have been with this company for 3 years. The company implemented ServiceNow about 4 years ago, but never really launched it properly.

We basically use ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change).

We need to build a path to better use ServiceNow to improve our service delivery. Staff needs better training and understanding of the tool and the benefits it brings.

Hello, my name is Walt Hintz and I am with Compassion International.  I have some user experience with ServiceNow for the past 3 years or so.  My role is as a Product Manager representing the General Counsel Office and the Office of Risk Management on our Agile Release Team, so I'm a liaison to IT.  I'm going to be responsible to re-implement the GRC module for our team because we customized a bit too much.  We're hoping to go back to "out of the box" and starting over.  I just want to shore up my foundational understanding of the platform.

Hello all!  My name is Austin Anders and I work as the Knowledge Base supervisor and admin for the University of Kentucky.  I've been working with the platform for going on three years, but mostly to perform ticket entry.  My university has recently ramped up our need for an excellent knowledge base, so my current position was just created back in November, so I'm attending this course to obtain my admin cert.  My wife and are pretty boring people, so my most recent adventure was to Avengers: Endgame last weekend.

Look forward to chatting with all of you!
