I am wondering how to best pull information from CMDB related to certain CIs from various classes and different business units/departments (i.e., some are mapped application, business application, etc.), .  If done via reporting, query builder, CMDB filtering, etc. - let me know how. Also, how can we share with business users that do not have the ITIL access?  All helping with "clean up" efforts...

I have a question related to MID-Server. How do we know which Mid server user the credentials picked up for Discovery, if someone could answer it it would be helpful for my project.

You can select your mid server when creating your discovery schedule.

Upon clicking the "reset password" option, you'll be prompted to provide your email ID. You'll receive a reset email, though occasionally there may be a delay in its delivery.
