KB ARTICLE CATEGORY options not appearing

on KB Article orm there are 2 drop down

1- topic

2- Category

there are several topics and HR is one of them, i have to add CRS LEARNS as a category for topic HR, but when i am adding CRS LEARNS as category from PERSONALISED CHOICES, its added but not appearing while filling out and selecting from drop down.

however when i am seeing in category field of KB Submission table, all looks fine but CRS LEARNS is not there while filling out form

plz help

The surest way of viewing everything that could possibly appear for a field choice is to right-click the field and select 'Show Choice List'.   It might show you the same list but that should at least get you confirmation.   If you're sure you've added the choices and they aren't appearing there then you're probably dealing with records in the wrong domain (if you're using a domain separated instance) or potentially an ACL or query business rule on the 'sys_choice' table.

Thanks Kirti and Mark, i was able to add that successful. once again thanks for your time and attention. actually i am right now going though configuration and I am very new to this tool.
