I am trying to do this course on Now Learning but not sure from where should I download lab exercises for this course. Any help will be appreciated.

Did you check in Labs instance under knowledge (self service) or in stories. I am sure you will get institution for same. Go through training step by step and in intial step you will get the answer for sure.

Found it under KB. Usually it will be under story, but this time it was bit different.

Is it possible that you are looking at the wrong book?

There is CSM Essentials and also Customer Service Management implementation. I confused both books at the beginning.
