I'm currently enrolled in this course and it references files for the lab portion but I do not have them. Does anyone know where they're at?
The book I'm using is "ServiceNow System Administration participant guide (Fuji)." In the videos it says to go to trainingdept instance, but the lab files are not there.
On your LAB instance, select Knowledge based, select all articles, then select Course Resources. Once you open the article you can download the zip folder located in the article body.
