What software does Service Now use to create the bite size video tutorials need to do something similar for user adoption

Hi Anita,

You cannot create videos using ServiceNow.

You can have an existing video and add it in a KB article so that users can see the kb article.

Hi Sumanth Let me clarify what is the software that ServiceNow as a company uses to create their videos (bite size) ? I would like to use the same software to educate people on our Service Now instance in my company? People seem to like their videos so i was going to mimic them for our training and rollout plan

There is no offical docs which says from where those videos are made by servicenow. Probably i would say infact no one knows it.

But I would recommend you can try below three softwares which serve similar purpose.

• Whatfix
• Lessonly
• Biteable
