Lab instance is not opening.

Hi Everyone,

 

I have started Application development fundamentals on Demand course in now learning. But, I am not able to access lab instance where as I am not even able to terminate it. lab instance .png

 

Can anyone suggest what can be done.

Hope you are doing well. Are you putting the right username and password? Try to clear the browser cache and try out from Now learning and try. If it still not work, release this and take a new instance.

are you opening the lab instance from the course itself?

If you open from there you need not give any credentials.

If you haven't started anything in the lab instance, request for a new one if the issue still persists.
