Hello,
I'm working in the Learning Course - Fundamentals and have reached SNAF lab 1, but there are no instructions for how to complete the lab requirements. For example, 1.2 says to create an Incident using Traditional Lists and Forms, but there has been no instructions yet on how to do this. I was able to create an Incident New Record, but I don't know if it's using the Traditional Lists and Forms and I don't know what information to input. Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hello @Debmoussa
Greetings!
I believe traditional lists are backend list.
If you search for Incidents list in filter navigator (incident.LIST), you can find list of Incidents. There by clicking on New button, you can create new incident from there.
(Is the ebook fully downloaded? What you are seeing is the Lab first page. The following next pages of Lab contains instructions)
please mark the answer as correct and helpful if helped!
Kind Regards,
Ravi Chandra.

I totally missed the email from ServiceNow with the ebook and did not realize that it was a supplement to the training. Now that I have the ebook, I have all the instructions I need. Thanks so much for the hint!!

I am so thankful for this post, I was like, where is the lab stuff???? It was making me crazy. I also missed the email as my training was paid for way ahead of the timeframe which I could devote to the work....thank you for this!

@Debmoussa On your instance, in the application navigator, type in Create New and open the module associated with Incident.
You will be taken to the following screen.
Create an incident and submit.
