LDAP error - ServiceNow Platform Implementation (Yokohama)

On demand course - ServiceNow Platform Implementation (Yokohama)

SNPI - LDAP Server Setup - Failed

Unable to connect - I put in the required information and when I test connection it gives me an ldap error message. I am logged in as administrator and have elevated role.
