LeanIX Unable to Write to the cmdb_ci_business_capability Table

We are currently experiencing an issue wherein a user lacks the necessary permissions to write to the [cmdb_ci_business_capability] table. Specifically, the user requires [CREATE, UPDATE] permissions. Given their status as a _svc_LeanIX user, it is expected that they should possess the ability to write to the cmdb_ci_business_capability table.

The process for granting these permissions is not immediately apparent. Upon accessing the cmdb_ci_business_capability table and navigating to the "Application Access" tab, one might be inclined to simply select "Can create" and "Can update". However, it has been brought to our attention that this particular table necessitates a Write Access Control List (ACL), which must be assigned to a specific Role.

We would greatly appreciate a clear and concise explanation of the proper procedure for granting a user permission to write to the [cmdb_ci_business_capability] table. Specifically, guidance on the following points would be most helpful:

  1. The correct method for creating a Write ACL for the table in question
  2. The process of assigning this ACL to an appropriate Role
  3. How to ensure that the _svc_LeanIX user is associated with the correct Role

Your assistance in this matter would be invaluable in resolving our current access issues and ensuring that our _svc_LeanIX user can perform their required functions efficiently.
