Hi @bvanarse
Learning credits are allocated by the company or organization where you work. It’s best to reach out to your manager for assistance. Alternatively, you can log a learning case with the team for help.

Hi @bvanarse,
Learning credits are a method of paying for mainline certification exam attempts - what your screenshot shows is how many points you've currently earned as a result of completing training courses, along with your current level/rank. Hi @bvanarse
Learning Credits are a company purchased benefit that are redeemable for most training deliverables offered by ServiceNow.
Credits are allocated to users via Servicenow University, Its managed by a designated company representative.
If you have servicenow capability team in your company, reach out to them, if not take your manager's help to find your company representative.

Ahoy @bvanarse,
the points you refer to are not learning credits, it's ranking as per your SN University activity.
When you complete any training, there are some points added to your profile. E.g. completion of Service Portal Fundamentals gives your 960+ points (there are dependencies with other sub-courses):
Refer to this article Getting started with ServiceNow ranks and points: both points from SN University, passing your exams (CSA, CIS, CAD,micro-certs ...) and activity in this Community gives you points. The breakdown can be found here:
