Hi - hopeing someone can help me out here:

In my Learning course module, for accessing virutal agent the instructions given are as below

Task Instructions:

1.	From your instance url (after ”service-now.com”), add the suffix: "/sp" to navigate to the Service Portal.

but when i do this, i get error message as attached below

Hi @anandcorp 

It seems to work fine when I try to access your instance (see attached screenshot).

Perhaps try clearing the browser cache and trying again.

sp is in small letters here

Clear your cookies and try again.

you are adding in capital letter , try in small letter /sp NOT /SP

Thanks Atul. i was using Edge browser, strangely on edge browser i always key in smallcaps sp but after i hit enter, it auto capitalizes to SP

i tried in Chrome and it works perfectly fine.
