Instance issue

Hi - hopeing someone can help me out here:

 

In my Learning course module, for accessing virutal agent the instructions given are as below

Task Instructions:

1.

From your instance url (after ”service-now.com”), add the suffix: "/sp" to navigate to the Service Portal.

 

but when i do this, i get error message as attached below

Clear your cookies and check again. It is working perfect for me - https://nowlearning-nlinst02287507-0001.lab.service-now.com/sp

 

sp is in small case here.

you are adding in capital letter , try in small letter /sp NOT /SP

@Dr Atul G- LNG is correct: the URL path is case-sensitive. Use 'sp' (lower case) and it should work.

Hello @anandcorp 

from filter navigator, search for service portal and  you can open the portal from there.

(It should work with instance.com/sp though.... Try logging out and logging back in...)
