Hi - hopeing someone can help me out here:

In my Learning course module, for accessing virutal agent the instructions given are as below

Task Instructions:

1.	From your instance url (after ”service-now.com”), add the suffix: "/sp" to navigate to the Service Portal.

but when i do this, i get error message as attached below

I tried in edge with my pdi and it is same.

It should not convert actually.

Hello @anandcorp 

from filter navigator, search for service portal and you can open the portal from there.

(It should work with instance.com/sp though.... Try logging out and logging back in...)

thanks Ravi. it works on chrome but on on Edge browser for me.
