Wednesday
I'm having trouble with List and Filters. I believe I am supposed to have 10 rows with "Critical-1" as a priority, but I have only 8.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @bcbjr76,
it is difficult to suggest you next steps as I cannot see what exactly you did (or didn't do)..
But according to the validation message:
- list sorted as per priority 1
- click on the Priority column label to have it as below (the little arrow indicates the directions of sorting)
- was teh filter editor used?
- first you need to press and hold shift on your keyboard and then highlight the desired records to update
- here you have to follow the instructions to select the 10 records, I don't remember what was teh criteria, but it is in some of the previous steps of the lab (e.g. created by one user, or one specific categiry, soemthing like this. I no longer remember it)
- once highlighted, you must double-click to any of the fields
- select the value you want to mass-update and confirm.
Regarding the first error, I don't know what to do. But if you will follow the steps above, that should remove the two error messages while validating the task.
Let me know if that helped or if you need more help

Hi @bcbjr76,
The first error message is hinting at the filter condition that was applied in step 3 of the instructions so it's worth double checking this in the first instance. The validation is notorious for needing an exact match to what it expects to see, even when here are other ways of achieving the same result.
There should be a total of 14 incidents that match that criteria, of which 10 are Priority 1 - Critical
@GlideFather has got you covered for the other error messages.
If you're still getting errors when trying to validate the task, can you provide some screenshots of your lab instance?
