Hello,
I am having an issue with the "Lists and Filters Task" in the Welcome to ServiceNow course.
I have completed the task multiple times and verified the following:
Filtered the incident list using:
State is not Closed
Assignment Group is not empty
Assigned To is not empty
Sorted the list by Priority so that 1-Critical incidents appear first.
Used the List Editor to update more than 10 Priority 1-Critical incidents to In Progress.
Removed the Opened and Updated by columns.
Updated INC0000055 so that Category = Software.
Tried the accepted community suggestion regarding impersonation as well.
Despite completing all steps, the validator still fails with the message:
"Is the list filtered to only display active incidents? Was the list sorted so that the Priority 1-Critical incidents show up at the top of the list? Was the List Editor used to modify the State field for 10 Priority 1-Critical Incident records?"
Has anyone experienced this recently or knows of a workaround?
Thank you.

ahoy @SriyaVaishM ,
according to the latter validation message, have you edited the priority field in a bulk action? It is required to mark all the fields, then double click one of them and change the priority to 1 - Critical. If not, you can do it again changing it to some non-1 value, save it and then change it back to 1 and save it again. That shall do the trick.
You can also go through these [Lab Validation Notes] Welcome to ServiceNow (Zurich): Lists and Filters
Sometimes the validation is unpredictable, in the worst case you can start over or skip it as the course can be completed at 80 %, unless this very step is a prerequisite for some later steps

Hi @SriyaVaishM
Ensure you are doing this task via impersonating Platform User,
Select the State column of all 1-Critical incidents and use the List Editor to change the State to In Progress. Select the green check mark to save the list changes. (10 rows will be updated.)
result count should be 10 .
Check the video and validate your steps:
