I’m having a problem with the validation in a ServiceNow University course and cannot proceed with the training.
The validation for "Assessment Simulator Task 1: Personalize Your Instance" in the "Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNow [Japanese]" course keeps failing, even though I have completed the task.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or can provide any advice on how to resolve it?
Task Instructions:
1. Impersonate 'Platform User'.
2. Set your instance preferences to show date and time formats on forms.
3. Set your instance preferences to show help tips on forms.
From the System Administrator menu, I selected "Impersonate another user" and changed the settings as shown below.
Task Result: (Failed)
-Did you change the 'show date and time format on forms' setting in user preferences?
-Did you change the 'show help tips on forms' setting in user preferences?

ensure that you have impersonated correctly, from your description it's not clear that you completed the impersonation, follow these steps:
And after that the page will be reloaded and indicate a red line in the top:
This is to impersonate a user and once ready, then you set the preferences under that user:
Note: my PDI doesn't have Platform User so I am using another user profile for demonstration purposes...
