Hi everyone, it’s Darshan here.I’m starting with the CSA certificate to switch my career from mortgage underwriting to a new field. While completing the initial course before the admin fundamentals, I wasn’t maintaining the rigour and momentum. As a result, my progress has been delayed. I’m looking for a partner who wants to pursue the CSA certification and wants to switch their career into this technology field. Together, we can achieve this goal faster. Thanks!

I am a ServiceNow trainer, and I’m happy to share my inputs and thoughts. Even though I can't be your CSA partner, I’m here to guide you whenever needed. You can start your CSA training by going through the eBook and labs, working step by step. If you stay connected with the community, I’ll be here to help you anytime.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

The ITL training will span 8 hours per day (9-5 each day). But don't worry, the instructor will incorporate breaks for lunch etc. throughout the day.

Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions are conducted in person. Based on my past experience attending one a while back, the training typically starts at 9:00 AM, followed by a tea break after about 1.5 hours, then lunch, and another tea break later in the day.
The exact timing of the breaks may vary, but yes, breaks are definitely included. In-person training always offers a special experience with more interaction and hands-on engagement.

Hi @DibyadarshaS ,
Its a great news that your company is providing ILT that too free as ILT on Now learning /Servicenow University will cost you 2700$+ Taxes so basically with this free Training you will save around 3000$. Definitelt grab this opportunity and what i will suggest- as you have time in training, you can at least try "welcome to servicenow" course and Micro certification on Servicenow university. If done then you can start with Admin fundamenetals on demand as this will help you in understanding what your instructor will teach you during ILT.

Thank you so much for your help! This is making sense now.
My company is giving me the ILT course for free, which is for three days. Should I take it or should I complete the on-demand course first? I’m not sure which will be better for me. Please suggest.
Here’s the ILT timing:
Start Date: 2025-8-13
End Date: 2025-8-15
Start/End Time: 9:00 - 17:00
Timezone: America/Chicago
Instructor: Chan I.
State: Confirmed
Type: Virtual
Language: English
Location: Virtual
Availability: 12 seats left
I’m confused about the timing. It says it will start on August 13-15 (three days), but I don’t understand what the “strat time” is. Is it 9:00-17:00, or is it continuous? I also don’t understand how many hours the virtual training will be per day. Please help me understand the timing.
I hope I’m making my questions clear! If not, please let me know.
