Dear Members,
I recently created a ticket to move my certificates from my old company's email id to my personal account. The ticket was completed, however only accreditations and micro certificates were moved to new email id, but all mainline certifications were not. I wrote a few times to web_support@servicenow.com however there is no response yet. Can you please suggest which forum I need to address this issue to?
Regards,
Abhijit Joshi.

Hi @abhijitjosh
I also don't see my older completed certifications under My Exams; we have to wait as this is happening for all, we will see that in upcoming changes.
Please appreciate the efforts of community contributors by marking the appropriate response as the correct answer and helpful. This may help other community users to follow the correct solution in the future.

Hi @abhijitjosh
You should now be able to access the new learning platform using your new email ID. If the issue persists, it would be better to log a case instead of sending an email.
If you are referring to my exam, the previous certificates are currently not available, and it may take some time for them to reflect. Please log a case to get this clarified.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
