Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNow (Xanadu)

Dear All,

 

I have completed "Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNow (Xanadu)" but I am not able to see any Certificate number for the same.

Please help if you are aware of it.

Hi @utkarshg624 

There is no certificate number for micro certification and also after shift to Pearson Vue no certification number provided for Mainline certifications too.

If you want to view your micro certification, go to ServiceNow university, under learning tab you can access your micro certification:

I believe this is expected nowadays, especially after the exam vendor has changed, so there’s nothing to worry about.

You can refer to the micro-certifications for confirmation, and if you still have any doubts, please log a new learning support case.
