Hi @BettalS

You need to log a now learning case for this. that is only option.

Hi @BettalS,

As @Dr Atul G- LNG mentioned, you need to raise a case for this by attaching the snapshot with it.

Hi @BettalS

Once a lab instance is marked as Terminated - it can’t be restored. Any data or settings from that instance are permanently lost.

To continue, you’ll need to request a new lab instance and proceed with your course using the new one.

For other course where you have requested the lab instance and not started course - Release that lab instance  .

NOTE: Lab instances are limited to 2 running instances per student.

Hi @BettalS,

In ServiceNow, when your lab instance shows “terminated” and “0 instances remaining," it simply means your allocated training instance has expired or you’ve used up your allowed quota.
There’s no way to restart or create a new instance from your side in this case. The only fix is through the ServiceNow training/platform support team. You need to request them to do either of the following:

  • reset your existing instance, or
  • assign you a new lab instance

If you’re doing this via a learning platform (like Now Learning or a company-provided lab), go to the support/help section and raise a ticket.
Also mention that you’re unable to continue the course because of this—usually they’ll re-enable access if your course is still active.

Let me know if this works!!! 😉

If you find my answer useful, please mark it as Helpful and Correct. ‌‌‌‌😊
