My lab is not working anymore

I am currently working on the Adminstration Fundamentals course and therefore got an instance to do the lab activities. Usually, after a certain time of not working in the instance, it falls asleep and can be waken up in 20-60minutes. But since yesterday, it does not wake up anymore, even though it is still running. How can I move on with my lab activtities? Thank you so much in advance!

Sometimes it helps to try it over and over again and it wakes up sooner or later, unless there is some issue then you should contact the support as mentioned in this thread
