Unable to claim CSA Voucher

I'm unable to use CSA voucher, I have earned a voucher and completed all prerequisites but its showing pay and begin and when i click on that...Not what you expected? Request access to your organization to receive company benefits.

In my account >> my company access is expired and when I'm trying to request new access it is showing error message

Help me with this issue, or let me know how to raise new access request, instead of employee option can i use training admin or another option to submit access request?

Hi @pharinath1 

 

For this, you need to reach out to your manager or someone in TCS Japan (or wherever you are located) who manages the TCS employee accounts in Now Learning. As the screenshot shows, the request for a new partner has expired, so until you get access to the partner, you can’t move forward. Your manager is the right person to guide you.
