My Pearson exam didn't launch

Hi all,

 

I had my CAD exam scheduled for today and it just didn't launch due to issue with the Pearson app. Now how do I reschedule it and when can I reschedule it to?

Raise a case to Now Learning support within Servicenow University . They will help you to reschedule your exam.

Meanwhile, Just try in incognito/InPrivate Browser.
