Next Experience, Navigation, And Access ​Task - Failed

I am attempting to complete the first task in the Welcome to ServiceOne course. My instance does not look like other instances and I am not able to locate the ability to impersonate button anywhere.

That looks like a mobile view I'm familiar with. If you are not on a mobile device and are using a supported browser, I'd follow any instructions provided with the training for releasing an instance and try again. Otherwise, I'd submit a support ticket following the instructions I think are included in there.
