Getting Task error not able to validate task in ServiceNow course

Hello All,

Can anyone help me on this please?

I am getting this error "Did you perform these tasks as Platform User [platform.user], make sure you are not Admin user? did ... " Under this   Next Experience, navigation, and access ​task - Failed for Welcome to ServiceNow Course.

Unable to validate this task, it failed every time. Due to this reason my course is showing incomplete even I have completed all tasks and labs.

I think you are validating as an Admin. You need to impersonate a Platform User first and then validate it.

Also, since you have completed 98%, I think you can submit the course, and it will be marked as completed. @NaziaN
