No response from servicenow support team

I have raised a case for my CSA voucher details. I am unable to use the voucher got after completing the fundamental on demand training. The validity will end if there won't be any respond in next 2 days. The support team is not responding, is there any other way to reach out them?

How long do they take? Been waiting 5 days now and I can't get a simple "Thank you for your email" or anything confirming that they received my emails! I too have an issue with the CSA voucher. ServiceNow please help me!

The email certification@servicenow.com is no longer valid. It should send an auto reply notifying senders of that. My guidance would be to open a case via the Now Learning Help Center if you have not done so already.

Well, that needs to be fixed ASAP because I scheduled an exam this past weekend that I was not able to take since the proctor did NOT show up resulting in losing my voucher/exam attempt. In the confirmation email it listed that email specifically (certification@servicenow.com). It says email for emergencies/questions. Been emailing them for a while now and no response but now I see why!
Just opened up a case with them to resolve this issue.
