In a course if there are videos they are not showing as completed once finished watching them

My colleague and I have tried to do the Introduction to CMDB course today and once we get onto the 2nd or third video, once completed watching them they are not getting put to the completed state. 

Any other videos after that are doing the same.

The only way we can find to fix this problem is to log out and close our browser and start it again.

 

This is not very user friendly if this needs to happen a few times during a training course.

 

We are using Microsoft Edge browser.

 

Any ideas what the problem could be?

Hi @PetaF 

When we say "complete," it means watching the video until the very last second. Sometimes, it could also be a server issue. For a permanent solution, you can log a Now Learning support case, and the team will be able to guide you.
