No response from servicenow support team

I have raised a case for my CSA voucher details. I am unable to use the voucher got after completing the fundamental on demand training. The validity will end if there won't be any respond in next 2 days. The support team is not responding, is there any other way to reach out them?

No auto reply or anything... that email should be removed completely.

I would question why people are emailing that address at all? Somehow people on the Community do mention that email address, though why?!?! And because of that others are just following that "advice" 🙂

Like I mentioned, it's listed in the exam confirmation email I received directly from ServiceNow Webassessor and also listed in the email I received reminding me that I had an exam scheduled. It literally says to email them at that specific email for help/questions! This was this past weekend... so pretty recent. No advice was given to me regarding that email... ServiceNow provides that email address.

So did you provide ServiceNow with your finding on that? So they are aware and can take action? Someone needs to do that 🙂
