Not able to schedule Certified Implementation Specialist - Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) Exam.

Hi All,
I have completed the now learning course for Certified Implementation Specialist - Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) and its pre-requisites as well. However, I am not able to register for the exam. It is showing as processing. I have tried opening it in incognito mode as well.

You need to go to the exam on My learning, and there you will find the Register button.

Here you will get the page you are looking for. If the issue still persists, it’s better to log a Now Learning case under Help or try again after some time.

I tried to book same exam and it is working fine for me, I am able to book exam. The processing status is just for few minutes and then got a confirmation that exam has been booked.

 

Please try again or refresh the page. If still issue log a case with Now Learning under Help.

As you see in your screenshot itself, it tells ServiceNow is processing your request already, please relogin and check once again you will see it to schedule now.
