CSA exam certificate does not have certification no.

“I appeared for the CSA exam on 20/11/2025 and successfully passed. I have downloaded the certificate, but it does not display a certification number.

Could someone please guide me on how to obtain the certification number? I need to share the certificate with my manager as soon as possible.”

Surprising that the certificate must always have a number. Try logging in to Webassessor to see if your past exams are still available there and download them. If not, log a new Learning case — the team can help you.”

I don't believe that accessing Webassessor will be relevant after the transition to Pearson...

EDIT: on 18th Nov I scheduled a CIS exam and it's not visible in WA, it's no longer relevant for new exams after 17th November, it displays only the "old" ones.

But even in WebAssessor, the certificate number isn’t there. It might get updated in the new system. For now, you can only show this, so use the manager or screenshot form here.

Yes yes, @Dr Atul G- LNG the old ones are available at WA but I mean AFTER 17th November.

But the asker passed it yesterday and the transition was complete on this Monday.. so it will not be at WA anymore as it's no longer supported..
