The Now Learning Community-Created Content program is BUZZING with excitement about its newest expert series from ServiceNow Developer Advocate Chuck Tomasi! Through his engaging videos in the Integration on the Now Platform Expert Series, Chuck explores the concepts, methods, and tools required to build effective integrations with ServiceNow. This learning path of seven courses focused on different ServiceNow integration topics is now available in Now Learning.
The series might seem familiar. Chuck introduced it a little over a year ago with great success as a YouTube playlist named Learn Integrations on the Now Platform.
As we explore new innovative training approaches here at ServiceNow, there are several reasons why adding this excellent training content to Now Learning is such an important next step.
- Just as integrating systems derives additional value from a ServiceNow investment, incorporating content from our community into Now Learning can derive additional value and expand its reach. Once in Now Learning, content can be added to focused learning paths and provide badging upon completion. That allows us to offer formal recognition towards achieving job outcomes and helps ServiceNow community members showcase their skills in the marketplace. We can even identify what learners found the content helpful and recommend it to others with similar interests.
- It also expands the learning opportunities available to additional personas that contribute to the success of ServiceNow project teams, such as an Integration Specialist. Supporting a wide range of targeted personas ensures our ServiceNow project teams have the right mix of people and skills to bring our customers to value faster.
