The Conference at a Glance
ServiceNow is pleased to offer the first Now Learning Live Training Conference. This exclusive, online training event is an opportunity to take your ServiceNow skills to the next level. Complete an instructor-led course, hear from passionate ServiceNow Professionals, and have some fun – all at about half the cost of our regularly-scheduled classes.
During Now Learning Live, you will have a chance to build ServiceNow expertise, network on-line with others, get hands-on practice with labs, and have some fun during virtual volunteering projects and group activities.
The conference runs 3 days, from October 13 to October 15 from 10 am to 7 pm Eastern Time. Fees are $1,200 USD per attendee. Zoom and Miro will be used to facilitate all the activities.

Conference Details
Customers may enroll in a Virtual Instructor-Led course offered at an accelerated 15 hours of instruction during the 3-day conference. Courses are aligned to personas as follows:

Each day, after the training class you will be placed into a small cohort with fellow industry professionals for a daily debrief discussion. This guided discussion facilitated by a cohort lead allows you to collaborate in virtual whiteboarding for a comprehensive learning experience.
Days 1 and 3 kick-off with TED Talk-style keynote presentations. You will hear from passionate ServiceNow Professionals about their personal ServiceNow journeys, how they have brought their learning to life, and connected their ServiceNow education to real-life solutions. Day 3 offers an opportunity for you to take a technical lab or participate two non-technical sessions on topics like Adoption Accelerator: Winning with Change Champions.
You’ll have an opportunity to collaborate on a philanthropic endeavor with Mind, a leading mental health charity.
This get-out-of-your-seat challenge will be offered to get you up from your desk and having fun!
