Hi All,
I am fairly new to this platform's learning offerings and wanted to understand in simpler terms what the "Request Lab Incident' option is really used for. Apologies to come up with the silly question but since I am not from Dev background, I might have by mistake raised a lab incident which asked me to 'Wake' it up as it was in hibernation.
Your guidance will be highly appreciated.
Thanks.

Hello @debayan ,
I believe you are asking about a Lab Instance (not Incident). It's a fully functional ServiceNow instance that gets provided to you when you do certain Now University courses, so that you can perform the exercises that are part of the course to get hands-on experience.
When you start the course you click the Request Lab Instance button to get the Instance. Initially it will be in sleep mode to save resources, so you need to Wake up the instance. This will take a few minutes, after which you can Open the Instance.
Regards,
Robert

Hi @debayan
The "Request Lab " button is used in ServiceNow Now Learning for simulators.
Wake it up from hibernation" mean
ServiceNow lab instances go into hibernation (sleep mode) if they’re idle for too long — to save resources.
When you try to open or work on a lab after some time, you might see a message like. just click on wake up after some time it will get back to instance .
