Now Learning Lab Validator Stuck on "Validating Task" and Never Returns Result

Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with a Now Learning ServiceNow lab.
I completed the task exactly as instructed:
- Created the incident with the required values.
- Set the caller to Adela Cervantsz.
- Assigned the incident to the Software group.
- Added the required customer-visible comment.
- Confirmed that the comment appears in the Activity stream.
- Saved the incident using Update.
When I click Validate Task, the status changes to "Validating Task..." but it never completes. It does not return either a pass or fail result, even after waiting several minutes.
Additional details:
- The issue occurred before and after the lab hibernated.
- I reopened the lab using Resume.
- The incident and comment are still present in the instance.
- I refreshed the lab page and retried validation multiple times.
- The validator remains stuck indefinitely.
I cannot continue with the course because I am blocked on this task.
Could someone please check whether there is an issue with the task validator or advise on how to proceed?

Are you impersonating the platform user to validate this? If yes, could you please add a screenshot as well?

Ensure You are right-clicking the header and select Save before adding any comments.

Thank you for your response .
The main problem is in my instance while troubleshooting the lab, I discovered that the user record "Adela Cervantsz" appears to have been deleted. The Caller field now shows "Invalid reference" when I try to use that user, and opening the record from History returns "Record not found."
Could someone advise whether the lab instance can be reset or replaced so I can continue the exercise?
