Now Learning Page keeps reloading

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue where the Now Learning login page keeps on refreshing even after a succssful login. I have tried this in multiple browsers and incognito mode too. 

please let me know if someone faced a similar issue and were able to resolve this.

My now learning is working fine - yesterday ,today .

• Can you reboot your system and check.
• also ensure your internet connection is fine . check with Wi-Fi, hotspot.

ServiceNow Now Learning has been rebranded as ServiceNow University.

Please try logging in through the ServiceNow University portal and check if the issue persists.

If the login page continues to refresh after a successful sign-in, I would recommend clearing your browser cache and cookies for ServiceNow sites and then trying again.

If the issue still persists, please raise a case through the Help Center so the support team can investigate further.

I am not sure whether you'll be able to access the Help Center either, as it is also linked to ServiceNow University authentication.
