Now University Page Continuously Refreshing

I am encountering a significant technical issue when attempting to access the Now University platform (formerly Now Learning).

Upon successfully logging into my account, the main Now University page enters a state of continuous, involuntary refreshing. This refreshing loop prevents me from effectively navigating the site, accessing content, or interacting with any of the page elements.

I have also attempted to access the "Get Support" page directly, but the same persistent refreshing behavior occurs, making it impossible to submit a formal support request through the intended channel.

The inability to access and navigate the platform is currently preventing me from enrolling in and completing essential ServiceNow training courses. This disruption is a considerable barrier to my professional development goals.

I would greatly appreciate any insights or solutions from the community regarding this specific issue.

  • Has anyone else experienced this constant page refreshing loop after logging in?

  • Are there any known workarounds or browser-specific settings that might resolve this problem? (e.g., clearing cache, trying a different browser, etc.)

I have similiar issue when I merged 2 accounts, now when im going to now universty that page is just auto reloading, is there ways you can help me? I can share the orignal email and the new one where everything got transfered.
