CSA Exam Registration Stuck in Processing Loop – Unable to Schedule via Pearson VUE

Hi ,

 Im  trying to register for my CSA exam through servicenow university , i have completed the payment and received the invoice as well . But the registration page is refreshing every second and in loop of continuous refreshing.

Has anyone faced this glitch before. I have already created case as well, and got a response through Agent Bot who clearly doesn't understand my issue and giving me steps to download my invoice.

Will there be any human who would investigate my case and provide the correct response.

Hi @Varsha20,

 

This usually happens due to a sync or session issue between ServiceNow and Pearson VUE, not because of anything wrong on your side.

In simple terms, your CSA exam registration gets stuck in a “processing” loop when the handoff from ServiceNow to Pearson VUE doesn’t complete properly. So even though you’ve initiated the registration, the exam eligibility isn’t fully activated in the Pearson system.

A few practical things you can try:

  • Make sure you're using the same email ID in both systems (this mismatch is a very common cause)
    Check if your payment/attempt is already recorded in Webassessor but not reflecting in Pearson
    Wait for a few hours (sometimes it’s just a delayed sync on backend systems)
  • If it still doesn’t work, the best approach is to raise a ticket with ServiceNow Certification support and mention that your registration is stuck in processing and not redirecting to Pearson VUE scheduling.
  • In most cases, they fix it by manually syncing or resetting the exam eligibility from their side. When Assignment group changes then update the task SLA group to current
    Assignment Group.

I am facing same issue, raised case but no reply from any agent.
