Hi my name is Yew Hoong Ng, located in Melbourne. Working for Servicenow as a Senior ITOM consultant, my 6th week here.

I am getting skilled up in all the SN ITOM products, with very little SN experience so far. Hope to understand how all the ITOM applications will work together. I have previous around 20years experience with enterprise management/application management working with CA/Tivoli/Netcool products. Would like to see how orchestration can enhance the overall ITOM solutions.

Have 2 young ones is a great adventure in itself. Play a bit of badminton and squeeze in some cycling when i can.

My name is Emma Adams. I'm a Technical Analyst, working for Southern Cross Health Society in Auckland, New Zealand. Our company went live with ServiceNow in March 2018; and spent about 8 months working on setting up our instance before that. 

I'm attending this course to learn more about orchestration, and how we can leverage it for our company. 

Outside of work, I'm a gamer, playing everything from World of Warcraft to Nintendo games, with the occasional PS4 title thrown in.
