Payment Pending for ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand

I paid the $500 for the Service Now Fundamentals course almost a week ago and it is still showing Payment Pending. The funds are already taken out of my bank account. Three days ago I submitted case in the Help Center about this and I have received no response. Any recommendations on how I can resolve this? I would like to get started taking the course.

Hi @Terri-AnnW , 

I think you have to pay 800$ for your certification. 500$ for enrolling course and 300$ for claiming the voucher. You can book exam with voucher only. Please verify any pre requisites in course. 

To claim vouchers, go to now learning --> My Profile---> My Vouchers.
