Payment Pending for ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand

I paid the $500 for the Service Now Fundamentals course almost a week ago and it is still showing Payment Pending. The funds are already taken out of my bank account. Three days ago I submitted case in the Help Center about this and I have received no response. Any recommendations on how I can resolve this? I would like to get started taking the course.

For questions like these, always: create a personal Now Learning Case.

 

The ServiceNow Community is not the place for such questions. We all can't do anything for you.

As mentioned I have done that and I only came here for recommendations in case anyone else has run into that issue before. Never asked anyone to resolve it here for me. Thanks to those who gave additional recommendations as requested.

You have already created a case through NowLearning which is the best thing to do, as nobody in the community can help you. Even though you haven't received any feedback on the case, you need to have patience - they will respond.
